JIT errors

I've been getting this JIT error everyday about every 10 months. I'm not sure what is causing the error but I know that it shows up.

"An exception 'System.NullRef ferenceExceptio n' has occurred in SL40F."

It then asks me if I want to debug using the Microsoft CLR Debugger 2003 or Visual Studio.NET 2003.

Any Ideas as to how I can stop this error?

Do you have a SL40F INTEL Intel Celeron processor? More info please, thanks.
