convert .resx to .vb file

I have a project in exe form. the forms have extension .resx . I want to run them in .net so that i can view coding

Resx files can be compiled in to Satellite Assemblies which can be used in your application.

They are originally XML files containing the resources for your application and they do not convert into .VB files.
