While accessing the site from the development machine the following error pops up if I add any Ajax controls..

'System.Web.Asp NetHostingPermi ssion, System, Version=2.0.0.0 , Culture=neutral , PublicKeyToken= b77a5c561934e08 9'

VS2008 sp1.. IIS7 .. Could you tell me how to configure would be nice..

I have tried all the given solutions in all the websites.. like .net configuration 2.0 trusted levels.. and in IIS its fully trusted...

I am not sure whats going worng.. may be if you could give me the some sort of solution would be really great.
