Using Icons

Am I allowed to copy the icons from Visual Studio, or Standard Office
toolbars and use in my winforms apps? If so, how can I do that? Have not
found code to use the FaceID property in dotnet, and not sure if that only
exists in MS Office. Use TabStripMenu. Want to just copy and paste the
icons onto it. Is that possible?
