How to get an application Icon set up

I am working in VS 2008
I have an ico file with 3 different sized images
I have added this icon to the "Solution Items"
I want to have this icon be the application Icon you see attached to the exe once the build is completed. How do I accomplish this? I have looked everywhere and there does not appear to be a clear explanation of this process, at least using the phrases I have been searching with.

I'm not sure how it works in VS2008, but in VS2005 you go to Project -> Properties and then you select the Icon on the tabpage Application.
