Windows XP Home Media fails with SP3

I have just installed Windows SP 3 and I can no longer access the home media
part of my computer (everything else works OK). An error message comes up
stating: Strong name validation failed for assembly:
'C:\Windows\eho me\EHShell.exe' the file may be tampered with or it was
partially signed but not fully signed with the correct private key'
Has anyone else seen this error and can you help solve the problem

You need to ask in a Windows XP group. Here's how to find an appropriate
group:

As you appear to be using a web interface:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
find the category for Windows XP. Open it and find a group for
your question.
