I can't install Zune software 64 bit in My computer

I just bought a Zune and download the zune setup. I could'n install it
because appeared a message saying the setup is not compatible with the
version of Windows I'm running. I vae Vindows Vista 32 bit. Where can I
download the oldest version? I don't want to return the device. Thanks

Is this the software you are trying to install?

If so, did you follow the instructions exactly as given? This software
appears to be for both 32 bit and 64 bit Vista.

If not, can you provide a link to the software you are trying to install?
