    Windows XP users login error

I had a Home PC with XP prof on it, I had installed an additional harddisk
with XP os on it. After the installation, I tried to boot up my original
harddisk with the XP OS, When I start it up, it gets to the login screen
correctly and I can log in with no issues.
The problem comes in where after I log in, the desktop background image
loads up, but none of the desktop icons, start bar or system tray. If I CTRL
+ ALT +DEL and go to Task Manager, I can run any program without any issies.

I tried to login to all others users account, all having the same problems.
    How to resolve it?

    Thanks

Asking about Windows XP issues in this .NET programming group is unlikely to
    get you a lot
    of help.

Try posting in an applicable group like this...

As you appear to be using a web interface:

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
find the Windows XP category . Open it and find a group for your
    question.
