Using GUID in DataContract for WCF

Hi

I'm trying to figure out if it is 'best practice' to use guid's in
datacontracts for WCF, and if there will be a problem when later configuring
the service to support asmx...

OR does WCF just take care of the conversion to/from string on serverside?
