I am thinking you have a typo in your code.
Could you post the exact error message and the line of code that it says is causing the error?

Have you installed the crystal report package for the server?

i haven't really used crystal reports with IIS, but you do need to put the redistributable (they also like to call it the merge modules) in each individual system to run crystal report.

If it says "done, with errors", then it is an error in the javascript on the page...

With a little bit of luck, we did the following to solve our problem that sounds a lot like the one you are describing:

              Step 1: copy the entire folder located at: C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\ 4.0\crystalrepo rtviewers12

              Step2:
              1) Go to My Computer
              2) Right click and select Manage
              3) Expand Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
              4) Expand Web Sites
              5) Expand Default Web Site
              6) Expand aspnet_client
              7) Expand system_web
              7) Look in the folders listed under aspnet_client .. if the folder "crystalreportv iewers12 does not appear in any of the folders listed under aspnet_Client, paste the entire "crystalreportv iewer12" folder in the folder that is missing the "crystalreportv iewers12" folder.

How did we discover this? I looked at the most recent log file on the Server under c:\winnt\system 32\logfiles and went to the very last entries in the log file. The path described in Step 2 above was listed, so we took a chance and pasted the missing folder in this path structure!

Shown below is just one of these entries from the log file (note the path shown):

              2008-08-19 14:09:09 10.6.71.108 GET /aspnet_client/system_web/2_0_50727/crystalreportvi ewers12/allInOne.js - 80 - 10.6.60.80 Mozilla/4.0+(compatible ;+MSIE+6.0;+Win dows+NT+5.1;+SV 1;+InfoPath.1;+ .NET+CLR+1.1.43 22;+.NET+CLR+2. 0.50727) 200

I had the same problem. I later figured out the problem. I had earlier installed a SSL certificate in my system and had changed the SSL settings in IIS to "require
SSL" - in other terms, made all the applications as HTTPS.

I changed it back to "Ignore certificate". Now the report loads peacefully.

Could some one answer my question?
Is there any settings that needs to be changed to make the Crystal reports work in HTTPS?
