Doesn't Remember Print with Line Numbers Setting

So Microsoft moves the Print Line Numbers feature from the Page Setup
dialog (VS 2003) to the Print dialog (VS 2005). As a result, it
doesn't remember the setting between closing and loading the
application. Is there a fix for this?
