Error When downloading Office 2007

I've been trying to download Microsoft home and student 2007, and it appears
an Error:
Microsoft home and student 2007 encountered an error during setup
Error 25004.Config.Xm l not specified; A valid config.xml must be authored
when deploying *(null)*.
