Anyone know what Wiki MS is using for their ASP.net wiki site?

Unlike the crappy 'Wiki' in SharePoint, this one seems to allow for semantic
markup and images.

I can only imagine Microsoft wrote their own implementation like they did
for CodePlex.

This is just as they are doing on the MSDN Community Forums application.
Microsoft is changing their forums platforms, probably their teams are
creating all these new stuff.
