    Physical paper size ?

    Hi all,

I'm using an A4 printer but the driver also shows the A3 format (that is two
times A4) in the list. It then scales down the result so that it can be
    printing on the A4 sheet.

I would like to know if I can detect the physical paper size. I've been
asked to detect if the printer supports "true" A3 so that I can issue a
    warning message if not..

I have no idea whihc API call I should use to detect this.

Thanks in advance for any help...

Thanks for the help. GetDeviceCaps seems still to lie. In particular HORSIZE
VERTSIZE are still for an A3 sheet so I suppose this is done still at a
      lower level...

I noticed that when I'm in the control panel, printer folders, if I select
this printer and use the "properties " option I then see a single "A4" ligne
in the "Paper available" field. This would be the info I need but I really
don"t know how to get it...

      Thanks in advance.
