increase width of datagridview column

how can i increase width of datagridview column in vb.net 2.0? I want to increase width because column header is too long and being displayed in 2 lines. like it is owner mailing.
I want it to be displayed like owner mailing.
but because of its length it s being displayed as
owner
mailing
