I am a beginner in vb.net programming and a student. As my final year project
I wish to develop a compression tool.Is there any way to impleiment Huffman's compression algorithm in vb.net.I need your help urgently.

Yes it's possible to implement it. Google is your good friend for a starting point. It's been implemented several times before (certainly in other languages).
