form textfield value to excel range (cell) by ASP 2.0 / VWD 2008 express

Can anyone help me with the following:

I'm trying to export textfield values to a specific cell in ms excel. I read several documents but all seem to fail. I can open/copy/rename the excel file but I don't know how to manipulate certain cells by adding values/functions.
