textbox maxlength

Hi,

i have a text box where i want the maxlength to be 3 but when i change the property and run the application(win form) i am still allowed to enter alot of charecters instead of 3.

any ideas?

Hmm, the .MaxLength property works just fine for me, what code do you have?

I think the system is running the previously compiled exe.
Note : Doing below you should check no reference files are there in bin (if there, take a copy somewhere). Then delete the bin and obj folder then run again.

thanks guys it is solved, as it was connecting to db i had to change the field in table as well
