query in C#.Net window application (2.0 Framework)

my problem is : C#.Net window application (2.0 Framework)

i take combobox control in datagridview control. when i select the item in combobox control within datagridview control , the items are disappear. it display blank record. so my query is actually when i select the menu item from combobox control within datagridview control it display the quantity & its item price regarding that you select in combobox item.
