1073741819 error code

Sometimes I got an error message after login win xp prof. sp2:
%win%system32\s ervices.exe stopped, system will shut down in 60s and restart.
The code is: 1073741819.
I have firewall, antivirus software (symantec client security). It did not
find anything, and I tried stinger (McCaffee) it did not find anything,
too.....

I have tried every suggested things I read here about this problem.

Is there any other suggestion? Please help me! I hate install a new system.
