trying to print smaller picture

Hi -

I have a picture that is 8.5 x 11 and I need to print it to a smaller size
and centered on the page. Any idea how to do this?

Do you mean programmaticall y with .Net? C# or VB? .Net 2.0, .Net 3.0, or
..Net 3.5?
