C#-FORM:Inserting comments in an html file at the star and end of selected Text

Am opening a html file in a webbrowser in windows application in VS2008

Task Of mine is:
whn the user would be selecting a part from this file the selected chunk shd get coloured and start comment and end comment should b added at the respectinve position.

Problem faced by me:

I can colour the selected part by execCommand but am not able to insert the comments..


I cn add at th start bt tht too dosent work in some scenarious.

Please ne1 could help me with it..
