Active X control error "Automation server can't create object" when running in server

hi friends,
I'm new to this forum.
I have created and build a dll but
at first it was getting the error"Automatio n server can't create object"

after a lot of head ache,I got the script running.

for that I executed the commands regasm path/mydll.dll

regasm path/mydll.dll/tlb
created strong name
gacutil mydll.dll

and when executed the web application I got the alert.

all works fine but when I published the web application and executed it from the server,the same error repeats

"Automation server can' create object"

should I alter any another settings???
I wonder the word application alert is also not getting...
pls help.....
