how to set a static port number

hi..

when ever i deploy a my web site it is deployed by different dynamic port numbers..i want my website to be deployed by using a default port number i.e, 80

Uhhh 80 is the default port for http and what IIS defaults to.
You would have to manually tell it to use a different one.
What are you doing to deploy it that it is causing it to try a different one?
