Try searching for an outlook express group. This group is dedicated to
    programming with dot net.

I'm getting a feeling of deja vu.
The waaay-off-topic posts seam to be coming pretty often lately. :-)

In the web version for the Microsoft discussion groups, they only show some
general description based on part of the actual newsgroup, like all groups
ending in .general seem to say "General Discussion". My guess is that this
one is the first one with that label.

As frustrating as it is for us, it's probably worse for people trying to get
help and not knowing where to look. I try to remember that, that's why I
          keep trying to redirect them.
