ERRO WITH IIS when using asmx pages

hi all...

please help me in resolving this error..
i created a web service and i am not able to consume it in my app.
When i browse that page am gettin an ERRO as follows..


Exception Details: System.Web.Host ing.HostingEnvi ronmentExceptio n: Failed to access IIS metabase.

The process account used to run ASP.NET must have read access to the IIS metabase (e.g. IIS://servername/W3SVC). For information on modifying metabase permissions, please see http://support.microso ft.com/?kbid=267904.

I am assuring that code is error free, as its working in other PCs.
i doubt that its som prob with configuration, please guide me...

Kindly tell me what info is needed..
being a beginner i was nt able to understand the reason, moreover i think its som prob with the cofiguration as the ERROR is
"ASP.NET is having no read permission on IIS"
The article leading me to install a tool , metaaccl.exe (which is a series of commands) to give permission to asp.net.
i executed that also, Still the error is there...

This is a suden error that occured, before that i was able to access the service without any fail.

Kindly post me wthr i wanna do any extra configs manullay..
