[c#] Web Service HTTP Header SOAPAction (not recognized)

Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction:

I keep getting this error whe trying to use my web service from an application. I need to be able to change the service address on the fly so ive got it stored in a xml file. I read the xml and it gets the address fine then i assign the address to the webserver url... Then i get this error.

Ive had a look around abotu namespaces and stuff but nothing seemed to work for me.

Any one got any suggestions?
