Uninstall .Net Enterprise Architect Final Beta

I can't uninstall this version of .Net. I goto Control
Panel/ Change/Remove, but I get the message:
Remote controls are installed on this machine. To install
additional features, uninstall Visual Studio .Net using
Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and then re-run
setup. Well I think that is a loop.

Please can you give me advice what to do?
