which SQL statement to be written inorder to store the registration values in MySQL

i m making a web-page with a registration form in java using eclipse.
All the values that i write in the form are stored in the console on ecplise but
i wanted to know that by writing which SQL statement i can store the registration details in MySQL database which i have made in wampserver 2.0 ??
