Both the tools comes with its own set of features. Which one you are more familar with ?

I strongly recomend phpmyadmin. Yup i know the name sounds more of php, but its nothing to do with php. Ive used navicat before, but nothing beats phpmyadmin, you'll be surprised.

Navicat is better but paid:-)
You can also try HeidiSQL which is free.

I would choose Navicat instead of webyog, as I am unfamiliar with sql.
Navicat is quite handy and has a visual query builder...thoug h it's not free:)

So the (slightly) better ones are only if you pay (a lot) for some extra functions.
I'd advise you to go for phpMyAdmin: free, easy to use, contains probably all the functions you'll ever need, and widely supported.

Not entirely true. Navicat has a Lite version for non-commercial use and that one is free.
