phpmyadmin cannot access settings page

i dont know if this is the right forum,but i found it relevant
i have easy php which im using to run an intranet ,but iam having problems in using the phpmyadmin ,to set settings for mysql,can anyone tell a way out,wen i try to access its configurationa the following error comes out:
http://127.0.0.1/mysql page cannot be found what could be the problem

PHPMyAdmin is a separate application to administer MySQL. As such, this forum belongs in the MySQL forum. So I'll move it.

As to your question: What menu item of the initial startup screen of PHPMyAdmin are you trying to access?
