What are some good VOIP apps for an Android Phone?

I'd like to be able to use my WiFi to make cheaper or free calls and not have to use so much of my network minutes.

Any good voip over wifi apps or programs availabe?

Well, you can get Skype for Android 2.1 or newer.

Also, voip-info.org has a list of VOIP software for Android, both native and web applications.
