Https Connection problem:Certificate was issued by an unrecognized entity

hello everyone
i m trying to get response from a https connection..
url used is "https://www.onlinesbi.c om/"

but when i execute the midlet i get the exception

javax.microedit ion.pki.Certifi cateException: Certificate was issued by an unrecognized entity

what shouid i do? please let me know the steps...
