I wanted to develop a mobile application that would sent sms from the users mobile phone to a particular number without the user interfering and to be able to access the sent message at the server end computer and transfer the sms to yet another mobile phone, which would interpret this message and reply in the reverse of the mentioned process.
Although i have knowledge in developer softwares like c,c++,java,vb,e tc , i'm new to the concept of mobile programming.
I request information on the programming languages/softwares and other tools that would be required to develop the above mentioned concept.
