How to finish dialing up the number??

Hi!!
I use OpenNETCF library to create a call.
When I create voice call by Phone.MakeCall( number) program starts to dial up a number and on the PDA screen I see Phone dialog with information "Dialing... ". Is there way to stop/cancel this action??

I want to do this because in this stage of the call I'm informed about the called party (out of network, connection can't be estabilished). I can't connect but my phone is still dialing.

Can you just hit the stop button or the red cancel button?

Unfortunately no, this have to be my program functionality. If the phone is in the dialing state too long it should stop dialing.
