Resize window in ce 5.0

I am very new to windows ce development. My role in this project is on the project management side. We have an application which is running on an Intermec hand held computer running Windows CE 5.0. We are running the application using a Citrix ICA client to connect to our network. When we ran the same application in Windows Mobile, we were able to get the screen to size to the device. Now with Windows CE this functionality is gone. Can anyone help me? Do I need to make a setting in Windows CE, if so where?
