How do I install Homebrew without access to Github？

I couldn't access Github on my local network, but I needed Homebrew, which could only be downloaded on Github.

However, I think you're still out of luck without being able to reach github.
- You may have to have your IT-Support/security team download and install it for you. I have had to have my IT-Team at work do this for a lot of things - usually very simple for them to accomplish.
