What are some Unix/Linux Virtual Machines for Windows?

Dear Experts ,

pls help me to get a virtual Unix/Linux machine for Windows as i cant experiment on live systems directly?!

I use virtual box.

Once vboxis installed download the iso file for the linux distro you want to use.

Then in virtual box when you set-up your virtual machine you can set the iso file as a cd drive which should enable you to install the linux distro onto the virtual machine.
