How to set up a local NTP server on fedora 9 and fedora 12

Please help me to configure local NTP Server on fedora 9 and 12 .I want to access this NTP Server from client systems. Client systems are fedora 9 and 12.
I have installed one system with fedora 9.NTPD is on there.I mean service ntpd is restarted.Ip is 192.168.0.1.
I want to make this system(192.168. 0.1) as NTP server for all my client systems.Note:-I dont want to connect my NTP server to any Public NTP Server. It is only for local use.
    Regards
    Suryaprathap.

I don't know much about NTP, but I searched on google and find out that you can point your stratum to local machine itself.

    something like this:

    server 127.127.1.1
fudge 127.127.1.1 stratum 3 refid NIST

So, it will rely on local clock and consider it as a standard. This all information is there in ntp.conf.

you can read it carefully, this is basically allowed if you have no internet connection.
