can't ssh to LINUX machine - looklike key not matching

I can't do ssh into linux machine, looklike key not matching, not sure whether it is using rsa_key/dsa_key, can I force to use only one type of key?.

incase if key not match, can't I success ssh login to linux machine?

You should be able to remove either rsa or dsa key from the file to use the other key.

If they fail, it should prompt you to use a password - have you checked if the account is locked or not?
