Web-App or Website and Can It Be Indexed

Is the Jurassic World website a Web-App or Website? I'm aware that the line between the two is very blurred but what would this website/app be more inclined towards?

I am thinking Web-App because the content is retrieved client side. By analysing Jurassic Worlds' website source code much of the content is generated client-side through Javascript.

For example; if you look at the original source HTML there is no <h1>Dinosaur Energy Drink</h1> but when using 'Inspect Element' its there.

If most of the content is generated client-side using javascript doesn't that make it harder/impossible for search engines to index the website? Is this intended (because its a website about a movie) and the movie and website wont be around for long?

If its a web-app; any idea what web-app library they used? Such as Ext.js, Sencha, etc.?

its called 'Responsive Design' which basically means that the webpage is adapting to different devices by incorporating javascript and css. that page you mentioned uses basically jQuery and d3js javascript frameworks - i didn't dive into the page too much to check how far they use it for what purpose.
