Remove thousand separator from imported data (Through web query function of EXCEL)

After searching on the internet for 3 hours i couldn't find a single solution of it ....
Can you please show me a way to fix it

I am using web query function of excel to pull data from a stock website.. Web query doing very good in this job .
But the problem i am facing is , The table it is pulling from website has thousand separotor (the value 5000 is imported like 5,000)
i want the value to be imported as plain number only 5000 no thousand separator...( though the website has thousand separator in it)

i tried format cells to make it happen but every time it refreshes data from website it goes back to previous format ( with thousand separator)
i keep auto updating data for every 2 minutes... but changing the format cells every 2 minute is impossible ...

can you please find me a way how to remove these Thousand separator while importing data from web...

Can you provide a small format sample of the file contents?
How big? How many values?
Are spaces separating the imported values,
like 5,000 5,100 5,200
or commas '5,000','5,000' ,'5,200' ?
