select only one line of textarea on single click

hello friends,

i got a textarea of 20 rows

i need to select one line ( row) on single click on it.

(html, css is also ok)

Can you Please Give the More Information about "select only one line of textarea on single click".
You need to Copy the Content on the textarea when Clicking on it?
