drag drop doesn't work in ie8.

When i drag a file(pdf file) drop on <\input type="\file\"\>
using ie8 browser, it doesn't include and opens it.
while firefox(3.6+) includes it and does not open it.
I have to implement the functionality like firefox.

I don’t think there is much you can do as drag&drop from the OS (desktop/explorer) is not something you can influence from a website.
