javascript not taking parameter in tamil in ie.

In ie when i pass a variable in tamil as a parameter to the ajax call it is automatically encoded and i get the result. But in ie ,the parameter is passed as such in tamil and it does not return the correct result. Any solutions?

that statement does not make sense logically. either it is passed encoded or not. from your description it does not become clear which it does.
