How to execute jsx file run on my computer through online ?

Dear sir ,
i had a jsx script (adobe photoshop script ) , it did work on my computer , but i need to do work on online using JavaScript or html . because that above jsx script want to be run on online for all my customer , so please regard me my above problem ... thanks

What does the script do?
