Disable "open in new window" or "open in new tab" option.

How to disable "open in new window" or "open in new tab" option from right click option. I don't want to disable RIGHT CLICK option because it is also used for other purposes.
Just want to restrict user from opening website in multiple tabs or multiple windows for a website.

unfortunatly that is not possible ... that are browser features and it is up to the users to use them as they like.
