I want to build application where I can enter the roll number in the input field and after pressing go button i can get exam result of that roll number on web page.
Please help.
Also how can i store excel data in in a single array with defining the source only

what are the real requirements? are things stored in a database? what excel-file ... where should that be processed: serverside or clientside? - your questions are much to unspecific to get a real answer for ... so try to explain what you have and what you want to do and which language you want to use.
