Show windows in order of links clicked

HI my name is raja ... I m very new to javascript ... and i know PHP quit well ,,, now i m facing problem the ... problem is ... I m designing a chat system.. were chat windows for each user appears form left bottom to the right.... now i able to display it successfully from left bottom to right...." here i have 5 link for 5 windows... when i click on any of the link they r appearing to me in their fixed positions..like 1 2 3 4 5 .. i dont want this ... i want like this when i click on the 2nd link 2nd window should appear first. and after this if i click on 4th link 4th window should appear... its like first come first serve.. bases...

i have this problem could any one help me... or assist me in coding that how i should go about....can anyone send me the code ... b'coz its urgent....

You can use the focus function.. for this you can store each windows URL in an array and call the array elements one by one with focus( ) function attached..

thsis is how you store the address

siteArray[j]="window1.php"

you can set focus to the window like this

siteArray[i].focus();

If siteArray stores strings, then the focus() method wouldn't work. You'd need to store the window references instead.
