Layout change on sort functionality in Dojo 1.1 grids

Hi all,
I have a grid with both Horizontal and vertical scroll bars...
wen i scroll the horizontal scroll bars (wen any columns in the left hand side got moved from the view )and sort any column.
The columns alignment got changed.I dont know the exact reason.
Pl do the needful. Thanks in advance. please find the screen shot below..
